Quality Control Laboratory
At Dhanshree RMC, quality is not just a process—it’s a promise. Our advanced in-house Quality Control Laboratory, certified as per QCI (Quality Council of India) standards, is powered by precision instruments from Aimil Ltd., one of the most trusted names in civil engineering technology.
We follow stringent protocols to ensure that every batch of concrete meets the highest standards of strength, consistency, and durability.
Our Focus Areas
Routine cube testing (7, 14, 28-day)
Mix design trials and approvals
Raw material testing & quality approval
Statistical process control of strength, slump & durability
Customer-specific testing and report sharing
Key Equipment & Capabilities
- Digital Compression Testing Machine (Aimil): For accurate and real-time cube strength testing, vital for structural compliance.
- Accelerated Curing Tank (Aimil): Designed for early-age testing, this helps simulate 7-day or 28-day strengths in shorter durations.
- Curing Tank with Temperature-Controlled Water: Ensures uniform and accurate curing conditions at standard 27°C ± 2°C, providing reliable test results aligned with IS specifications.
- Sieve Shaker Machine with Brass Sieves: For perfect aggregate gradation and mix design validation as per IS 383.
- Digital Weighing Balances (up to 100kg): High-precision measurement for mix design trials and field calibration.
- Vibrating Machine for Cement Cube Casting: Enables uniform compaction of mortar/cement cubes for consistent test outcomes.
- Hot Plate & Lab Oven Systems: For drying, moisture analysis, and cement property evaluations.
- Aggregate Impact Value Testing Apparatus: Assesses toughness and quality of coarse aggregates to ensure long-term concrete integrity.
Why It Matters
Our lab represents our brand ethos “Concreting Trust Since 2019.” With Aimil instrumentation, temperature-controlled curing, and a dedicated QC team, we ensure every batch of concrete is backed by science, monitored by data, and trusted by engineers.
